Our driver guide will warmly welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your lodging in Arusha. Here, you can unwind, spend the night, and get ready for the exciting experiences that lie ahead.
Accommodation: Mountain Meru Hotel
Your safari adventure begins with our guide picking you up from your lodge in Arusha for a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Renowned for its elephant herds, sweeping savannahs, and iconic baobabs. Tarangire National Park offers a dynamic ecosystem centered around the life-sustaining Tarangire River, where diverse wildlife such as giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests gather.
You will also encounter buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and their accompanying predators including lions and leopards. Viewing the vibrant wildlife from the open roof of our vehicle will allow you to fully appreciate the park’s remarkable landscapes.
After a day of exploration late in the evening at 5pm, we will head to our well-appointed lodge in Karatu, where you can enjoy a delightful dinner, unwind and stay overnight in its spacious accommodations.

We will set out early today for the verdant highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated as one of Africa's seven natural wonders. Descending a steep trail from the crater rim into the 600-meter-deep caldera, we will traverse various climatic zones and witness a remarkable diversity of wildlife.
The caldera, a vast ancient volcano, teems with over 25,000 animals, including the Big Five - lionss, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos and leopards; alongside hippos, wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, and more than 500 bird species.
After an extensive safari and a picnic lunch within the crater, we will make our way back to Arusha arriving by early evening.
