Programme for the 3 Days Nyungwe Forest Safari

Day 1 - Transfer to Nyungwe Forest national park

Depart from Kigali or near towns and head to Nyungwe forest National Park. Visit Kings palace in Nyanza, lunch in Huye and continue to the park.

Evening Canopy walk.

Day 2 - Chimpanzee tracking activity

Have an early morning breakfast and head for a morning chimp trek in the Nyungwe forest. Return later for lunch, relaxation and have an evening community and coffee/tea plantation tour. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 - Visit to Lake Kivu shores and transfer back to Kigali

Depending on your flight times for this day, we drive along the Lake Kivu shores with beautiful views of Congo via Kibuye on to Gitarama and finally Kigali with lunch en-route.
